My Story

I ate pizzas every single night for dinner and here's my story.

My life revolved around my corporate job with hectic hours, high stress, barely any sleep. I lived for the weekends- parties, and outings. Fast food was an everyday affair- almost an addiction. It started as a matter of convenience thanks to 20 minutes pizza deliveries, but before I knew it, a nightly movie with pizza, garlic bread and coke had become my lifestyle.

My food habits were so bad that I developed PCOS. Heart palpitations were a scary new discovery. Stress-induced headaches were an everyday affair. I couldn't even hold a conversation when walking because I'd become breathless. In a nutshell, I was well on my way to developing several lifestyle diseases all at 23 years old.

My decision to finally do something about the situation came about when my PCOS began worsening and my hairfall became borderline traumatising. I began losing my confidence, I was so conscious of what I looked like, I just didn't want to meet people. To add to the mess, I had also been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I had tried every possible therapy, treatment and medication that allopathy had to offer. Those things just seemed like a bandaid on the bigger problem. And quite sadly, every doctor I went to, added one more medicine to my routine.

My wake-up call was when one such doctor told me that I would have to continue to take medication for the rest of my life. And I knew it in my heart, that life was not for me. That's when I chose to turn my life around. I pored over functional medicine books for hours, found alternate health experts who spoke of a holistically balanced living, I researched for several months. I learnt to treat my food like medicine, and started building healthy habits. I chose to get out in the sun everyday, I uninstalled the food delivery apps on my phone (and saved a lot of money in the process which I reinvested in my health), I even started to move around a lot more. I made a conscious effort to manage my stress and sleep right.

And what's my life today like, you ask? I am more energetic than ever, I don't get breathless when talking on phone. Stress headaches are a thing of past. My knees don't hurt from walking and my back feels great, no palpitations too. And the best part, my PCOS cysts magically disappeared. My hair is healing too. :)

I learnt to love myself and adopt healthy habits for a lifetime. I have come a long way and am grateful for the life I live. This inspired me to learn the subject and get certified as a Wellness Coach to heal more people. I am honored and privileged to have worked with clients who have been able to turn their health around through powerful holistic healing and lifestyle changes. So, who am I?

I am Ayesha, a wellness coach with a vast experience of helping over 300 clients achieve their desired weight and fitness levels. My specialization is holistic weight management with a strong focus on root cause correction. I work on diet, sleep, stress management, food supplementation and exercising to reverse obesity and create a fit physique.

I help individuals who have tried exercising and limiting their food intake to reduce their food but are stuck on their journey.
