Staying hungry for weight loss does not work. Here's why: 1. Scientifically speaking, it has been proven not to work. I am sure you know somebody in your circle who says that I eat so less but I am still overweight. This is backed by science too. 2. It slows your metabolism. It might work the first time you do it. But the more you do it, the more your body adapts to the calories it is getting and learns to function with those many calories, thus stopping weight loss. 3. There's a difference between fat loss and weight loss. You can lose water weight easily, cut out some high potassium foods, minimize carbs and that is it. But if you're looking for fat loss, this won't work. Essentially, eat less to lose weight does sound good in theory but there are a lot of subfactors to keep in mind.
