Exercise or Nutrition? What's more important for weight loss?

Wait! Are you leaving most of your weight loss results on the table?


There are several nuances to weight loss. The eat less, move more calorie deficit concept works only to a certain degree. This approach doesn't resolve the metabolic issues that are at the root of the problem. Thyroid, PCOS, adrenals fatigue and the hormonal imbalances that obesity often comes with remain unresolved. This often leads to slow to no progress, a sluggish metabolism, lower energy levels, and a rebound once you go back to your regular lifestyle. It then becomes vital to ensure that we focus on correcting these metabolic issues.


Exercise has its many benefits and will help you strengthen your body, lower your stress, burn somr little fat, and cheer you up. You'll feel great about yourself. But there's no such thing as best exerc


The real magic happens with the food. Like they say, you cannot outexercise a bad diet. When we eat the right foods in the right proportions, and cooked how they should be, when we ensure that we take care of the deficiencies and supplement our diet with the right kinds of vitamins and minerals, that's when we create optimum health for our body.


When aiming for weight loss, the approach must bein with first setting your health right. Weight loss follows as a consequence.
