Your health is a state of mind!
When your emotional state is vibrating at its highest, it is natural for you to take action that is in alignment with your goals. This applies to your health too.
When you feel healthy in the mind, you'll find it so much easier to eat clean, exercise well and nourish your body the way it deserves.
So how do you work towards being healthy as your natural state of mind?
1. Start with 3 non-negotiable health goals daily. It could be spending 15 minutes in the sun, having water, or having veggies daily. You decide.
2. Track these health goals daily. Maintain a diary of track in your calendar.
3. Use health affirmations- I find it easy easy to eat clean! I enjoy exercising! I am creating my dream body!
4. Have a group of friends who like to be healthy
We're a sum total of our 5 closest friends. Choose your company wisely.
5. Establish morning and night health routines
These will help you to start and end your days right.
6. Plan your meals a week in advance
This will take away from the temptation to order domino's last minute because it's convenient.
7. Use a vision board
Find a realistic health goal for yourself and place it somewhere you'll see it often. Show up as if you were already that person. What would that person embody as their habits, how do they talk about themselves, what choices do they make. And go forward with that feeling.
